[April 26-29, 2008, Rosemont, IL] Linda, Jill and Leslie were the Dreadnought girls and staffed the booth at the Chicago Wizard World 2008 comic convention. We had more sales than in New York! That’s good. Here are some pictures from the event.
[April 18-20, 2008, New York, NY] The Dreadnought crew went to New York Comic Con to promote the brand new Dreadnought: Invasion Six comic book series. [Feb 15-17, 2008, Arlington Heights, IL] The Comic Book Launch Party at Capricon in 2008 was staffed with almost the entire Dreadnought crew. Here are the pictures from the party room. The event was hopping. Sold a lot of comics. A great success! Click on the pic below to see the pictures!
[Nov 23 – Nov 25, 2007, TGN, Los Angeles, CA] Last time I was a LosCon was in 2003 when it was held in Burbank. LosCon is now in Los Angeles, which of course kinda makes sense… Theme of this year’s LosCon was “The Dig” (as in archeological dig… The official eZine-TGN Party Rating is: 8 out of 10.
My mother passed away Friday, August 24, 2007. If you are so inclined, here is the obituary. I didn’t do anything this year except work and visit mom. The only con I went to was LosCon 2007 because it was just too depressing after visiting my dad for Thanksgiving. I didn’t have a New Year’s Eve Party either. To this day, I don’t even remember what I did on December 31, 2007. I am sure I just stayed home but I don’t remember a thing.
